About Cherrapunjee

Cherrapunjee is a favorite must see tourist destination. The wettest place on earth, the annual average rainfall being of about 11,777mm a year. Dreamland of fogs and clouds the slope of sohra towards Bangladesh is famous for living root bridges, very rarely to be found elsewhere in the world. Krem Mawmluh Caves

s Krem mawmluh cave is located at a distance of around half a kilometer to west of cherrapunjee, is one of the most prominent tourist attraction. The entry of cave is easily found by following the river behind the cement where the river disappears underground. The cave is considered to be a fourth longest cave with a height of 4,503 in the sub continent.
