Neelambagh Palace

Nilambag Palace Hotel is a glorious relic of the opulent times of Maharajas and Maharanis was home to the Gohil clan. The imposing khakhi stoned structure was designed in the year AD 1859 by a the German architect Mr Simms.

Verdant, calm and serene, Nilambag Palace welcomes the weary traveller to an ideal getaway. An intricately carved antique wooden arch opens into a richly furnished lounge, portraits of illustrious rulers and their queens gracing the walls.

The dining room comes ablaze with sparkling Czeckoslovakian chandeliors, throwing light upon the ornate Burma teak banquet tables and chairs. A choice of Indian, continental, Chinese and Kathiawadi cuisine is offered to the discerning palette.
